    Customer Service Representative – INSURANCE AGENCY

    SEEKING BILINGUAL CANDIDATES!
    We (Partners in Action) are assisting a well-established, full-service, independently owned insurance agency who is seeking an entry-level customer service representative that will specialize in customer retention to join our growing team. This agency prides itself on building relationships with our valued clients and the companies they represent. We are dedicated to understanding the individual needs of our clients and tailoring insurance policies to meet those needs. As an independent agency, we are privileged to work with some of the most respected insurance carriers in the industry, in an effort to protect our clients with quality coverage at an affordable price.

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Confer with clients by telephone to update their insurance records (no cold calls)
    • Properly route calls and messages to appropriate team members
    • File and maintain accurate client records by computer
    • Serve as an agency ambassador that values and protects clients
    • Other administrative duties as assigned

    Job Qualifications:
    • Positive and teachable attitude with willingness to learn and ask questions
    • Professional and pleasant telephone demeanor and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent writing skills particularly with email messaging
    • Strong keyboard skills with computer savvy
    • Ability to organize, file and maintain detailed records
    • Enjoy working in a close-knit, team-oriented office environment
    • Bilingual required

    Job Benefits:
    • Competitive compensation with excellent benefits package (after 90 days)
    • 3 weeks of paid time off (after 90 days)
    • Weekly office hours are 9 to 5 (working on-site is required)
