    Job Overview
    We are currently looking for a part time CRM Developer II to join our Marketing team.  This person will have an option to work remote or in Holland, MI.
     
    As a CRM Developer II, you will:
    Under broad supervision lead development, installation, maintenance, and modification of Haworth’s global web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, business application programs, or integrated programs.  Maintain broad knowledge of state-of-the-art technology, software, and/or systems relative to high performance computing.  Work beyond routine nature of tasks, utilizing specialist knowledge and technology, troubleshooting complex problems and recommending creative solutions.
    Do you have these required qualifications?
    • Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
    • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or Computer Engineering.
    • 4 years’ experience designing, developing, and maintaining software.
    • Microsoft Dynamics CRM development.
     
    If no degree listed above:
    • 2 years formal education from technical school, college, or certification program in computer science, computer information systems, or computer systems engineering.
    • 8 years’ experience developing and maintaining software.
    • Microsoft Dynamics CRM development.
    OR
    • 12 years’ experience designing, developing, and maintaining software.
    • Microsoft Dynamics CRM development.
    Do you have these preferred qualifications?
    • Experience working with or consulting for Haworth.
    • Experience with Power Business Intelligence (BI).
    • Experience with D365 Software Development Kit (SDK)/.NET development.
    • Experience with Azure Machine Learning, Microsoft Flow, Logic Applications.
    • Experience with Visual Studio.
    Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following:
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • PC and keyboard/mouse skills required; must have working knowledge of other software packages including Power BI, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Explorer, Microsoft Office, Visio.
    • Ability to travel overnight away from corporate offices, including internationally, up to 20% of time.
