    • Partner with Director of Quality Assurance to maintain professional licensure liability insurance records for dental clinic volunteers
    • Partner with Director of Quality Assurance to maintain dental clinic continuing education credentialing, record maintenance, and certificate disbursements
     
    Clinics Volunteer Program
    • Partner with MTM Volunteer Coordinator to recruit clinic and PI volunteers via MTM Facebook, job fairs, and Volunteer Hub
    • Solicit pro-bono dental professional services for referrals, communication, and management of patient placement
    • Solicit dental professionals for volunteering in the dental clinic
    • Work in conjunction with the medical clinic coordinator and MTM Volunteer Coordinator to provide interviews and vetting for clinic and PI volunteers.
    • Organize tours with potential clinic and PI interns and volunteers
    • Initiate and maintain clinic schedules for clinic and PI volunteers and interns
    • Maintain accurate disciplinary action records for clinic and PI interns
     
    Dental Clinic Coordinator
    • Assist in dental, medical clinic and PI shelter if needed either at front desk or in the clinics, at times helping the Medical Clinic coordinator with various needs
    • Assist Director of Clinic Services with grant data and donations
     
    Bring your strengths:
    • Certified Dental Assistant a must
    • Accuracy in data entry with strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Associate degree or Bachelor degree preferred
    • Proficient computer skills to include an extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite   
    • Bilingual preferred
    • Proficient in Eaglesoft software
