    Job Overview
    We are currently looking for a Corporate Counsel ~ Holland, MI to join our team in Holland MI - HQ.  
    As a Corporate Counsel ~ Holland, MI, you will:
    Support corporate initiatives and represent Haworth for broad range of corporate, commercial, intellectual property, antitrust, and privacy matters. Provide guidance to internal members regarding legal matters, including risk and compliance. Review, edit, and draft documents as required. Support  the Company’s Commercial Interiors business.
    Do you have these required qualifications?
    • Juris Doctorate from accredited law school.
    • Licensed and in good standing to practice law within United States.
    • 8 years related attorney experience, including in-depth corporate law experience.
    • Ability to travel as and when required by Company, including internationally, up to 15 percent of time.
    • Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
    Do you have these preferred qualifications?
    • Admission to practice law in state of Michigan.
    • Admission to practice law in additional states.
    • Deep experience and knowledge in areas of Corporate Governance, Product Liability, Antitrust, Employment, Contract, and Litigation laws.
    • Prior experience helping to build legal strategies and legal teams.
    • Experience managing teams.
    Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following:
    • Ability to manage multiple assignments and cases.
    • Ability to identify risk and resolve issues quickly.
    • Professional demeanor with high degree of confidentiality.
    • Exceptional communication and writing skills.
    • Superior negotiation and influencing skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as member of teams.
