West Michigan Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Foundation
The West Michigan Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Foundation was founded in 2017 to support the mission of the West Michigan Hispanic Chamber of Commerce: to work with all members of the community to increase the economic advancement of Hispanic owned businesses and to assist the professional growth of Hispanic business leaders in West Michigan. Together, the Chamber and Foundation promote economic development by fostering the next generation of new businesses and creating related employment opportunities.
The WMHCC mission and values—empower, educate, innovate, collaborate, and advocate—are embodied in the Foundation’s two initiatives: Transformando West Michigan (TWM) and Building Bridges Through Education (BBTE). Through these initiatives, the WMHCC Foundation provides various educational programs and supportive services to Latinx entrepreneurs and West Michigan college talent.
